Updates & Downloads
Customers who subscribe to our service plan or certified CTRL partners can
immediately download the most recent version of a CTRL softwares from our Web
site. Each update includes a series of improvements, some small, others major,
to help optimize your CTRL application.
If you are using "Internet Explorer"
ensure that you are using version 6.0 or higher in order to download without
a glitch . The latest version of "Internet Explorer"
is available free at the Microsoft TM Web site. For a free download, click on
the "Update Internet Explorer" option from the menu.
In order to keep pace with technological advances, each CTRL software comes
in two versions identified as "Current version" and "Prerelease
version".

| The current version is the usual version delivered
to most CTRL customers. We also refer to it as the production version
because it is the version that is automatically produced and delivered
to a new customer.
| The prerelease version is a version that is currently
undergoing development and quality control. We use this version to
refine the technical and management aspects of new functions that
are gradually added to a CTRL application. The prerelease is available
only to certified CTRL partners or specific customers on a strictly
pilot project basis.
