CTRL Sets a Course for Customer Satisfaction!

Customer satisfaction is a CTRL priority and we consider it a privilege to work together with our customers to continually surpass their expectations.

Result: During the course of the past 13 years, over 95% of our customers have declared that they are satisfied or extremely satisfied with CTRL software!

While the sound track record for the functional flexibility of CTRL software has been established for some time now, we are aware of the fact that the real gains in productivity that you achieve would not be possible were it not for the series of services dedicated to use of our solutions in the unique circumstances of your business and your management objectives.  

CTRL offers four additional services:

  • On-site system implementation and training provided by a CTRL specialist or certified partner.
  • Software updates and user support are available online or over the phone (1-800 number) when you subscribe to our annual service plan.
  • Ongoing training seminars are available as part our training schedule, which is revised each year. For more information, consult the training schedule under “Activities”.
  • Our constantly updated interactive “Frequently Asked Questions” (FAQ) section provides customers with a collection of management information that focuses on the principal components of computerizing operations with CTRL.

2008 Survey

The results of our 2008 satisfaction survey reveal that 97.3% of our customers declare they are satisfied or extremely satisfied with CTRL software.

To thank those customers who took the time to take part in our survey, we have held a random draw to select a customer who will receive a service plan worth $375.

We are pleased to announce that the company GDG Environnement has won a 2008 service plan. CDG Environnement specializes in the biological control of biting insects and has been a CTRL customer since 1998.
