At CTRL, we believe that a healthy mind promotes creativity, innovation and well-being. That's why we're keen to promote a team culture that extends beyond the workplace to our social activities outside office hours.

We are therefore proud to highlight our employees' participation in the Sun Life Pentathlon des neiges, where $32,000 was donated to the Objectif Forme program, an initiative aimed at encouraging physical activity among young families. Our employees formed two teams and took part in 5 disciplines: cycling, snowshoeing, skating, cross-country skiing and running. The event brought together 76 companies, 220 teams and 1100 participants in all.
