CTRL satisfaction survey: thank you for this great honour.

January 3, 2012

A satisfaction survey, conducted in 2011, revealed that 99.3% of our customers are satisfied with their CTRL products.

CTRL SurveyWith a participation rate historically approaching 35%*, the results of our annual survey have improved continually for 10 years.  A likely result of our efforts to exceed customer expectations, this result comes as a deeply appreciated tribute!

CTRL is continuously listening to their customers’ needs; as well, their collaboration is very valuable to us. The comments received with the survey show us that our customers are pleased to contribute to the improvement of CTRL’s management solutions; as well as to the innovation that characterizes these solutions.

We wish to thank all participants for taking the time to complete our annual survey. Your feedback provides us with the tools required to continue to strive for excellence, as well as exceed your expectations.

Also, we would like to congratulate Poseidon inc. of Longue Pointe de Mingan, who won $400 worth of CTRL service hours.

* Our customer satisfaction survey is sent to all CTRL customers annually and traditionally has a participation rate of approximately 35%.
