Sales Assistant - (Quebec City Office)

Job description:
  • Support the sales team in managing daily prospecting and promotion activities.
  • Take and handle calls from future CTRL customers.
  • Coordinate company tenders and proposals to clients.
  • Follow up sales procedures and update the department’s file database.
  • Act as intermediary between sales representatives and staff working at head office.
Candidate profile:
  • Hold a college diploma in administrative technology or equivalent.
  • Hold at least 2 years of sales and marketing experience.
  • Demonstrate significant independence and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in spoken French and English.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and a natural talent for public relations.
  • Possess basic knowledge of one or more accounting software programs on the market.
  • Good knowledge of use of Microsoft office software (MS Word, MS Excel).
