Brief Job Description:
- Act and participate as CTRL expert, in the framework of management system implementation, with different businesses in the healthcare field.
- Support the network of CTRL partners in their prospecting efforts, and their endeavours to favour the development of new clientele.
- Actively participate in the continuing education program dedicated for the CTRL customers and partners.
- Support CTRL customer service in the treatment of high level management calls.
- Participate in the writing and updating process of the manuals that accompany the CTRL software.
Target Candidate Profile:
- Training in management and/or in information systems.
- 5 to 10 years of experience on the job market in the healthcare management field.
- Master verbal communications in English.
- Possess excellent communication abilities and be a natural when it comes to public relations.
- Have an excellent knowledge of one or more well known software, used in the healthcare management field and also recognised on the market.
- Have good knowledge of the main office software: MSWord TM, Excel TM, PowerPoint TM, etc.
- Knowledge of one or more CTRL software is a definite asset.
Delphi Programmer Analyst - (Quebec City Office)
Job description:
- Functionnal analysis of product improvement requests.
- Application programming following the functionnal analysis.
- Work with customers for major developement projects and new release.
Candidate profile:
- Holder of a DEC in programming or equivalent experience (3 years) in computerized management system.
- 1 to 3 years office experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Delphi language.
- An expertise of .NET technologies is an asset.
- Fluent in both English and French;
- Excellent communication skills and strong people skills.
